In addition to private transfers organized by Da Riva, participants may also use other transfer services such as GoOpti (shared shuttle service, advance booking required) or GetByTransfer. Taxis, car rentals, and Uber are available at all airports as further alternatives.
The prices listed above refer to regular private transfer rates between the indicated airports and Hotel Parentium, Poreč, and apply to transfers to and from the conference venue.
In addition to private transfers, we are pleased to offer the possibility of shared transfers, allowing participants traveling at similar times to share a vehicle and divide the total transfer cost among the number of passengers. Final pricing for shared transfers will therefore depend on the airport, arrival/departure time, and the total number of participants sharing the transfer.

Important instructions for signing up:
- Each participant must enter their full name in a separate row.
- If two or more participants are traveling together, each person must be listed individually, even if they are part of the same group.
- Please select the desired transfer (airport, arrival or departure, date, and approximate time).
The
deadline for signing up is March 15. After the deadline, we will:
- Create the shared transfer schedule,
- Calculate the final price based on the number of participants per transfer,
- Contact each registered participant individually to confirm availability, final pricing, and booking details.
