Hotel Parentium


The conference will take place near Poreč, at the Hotel Parentium****. The multi-functional auditorium provides about 300 seats for the participants and can be reconfigured into up to three smaller rooms for the parallel and splinter sessions.
 
Large hotel lobby with a bar will be used for coffee breaks and as a poster area. Conference hall, lobby and reception desk are on the same level and well connected mutually and with other facilities such as restaurant (see internal map below). More info about the conference amenities can be found in the booklet.
 
The venue is adapted to people with disabilities and for wheelchair access as all the facilities are on the same level.
 
Unfortunately, the venue does not provide childcare nor has any special facilities for children.
 
 

Accommodation

 
We were able to reserve a limited number of rooms at the conference venue in hotel Parentium at preferential rates. The preferential rates and the reserved rooms will be available until January 1st  and can be booked and paid for through this webpage only. Rooms can be booked through the registration form when registering and the booking will be active until January 15th. Booking will be finally confirmed if the full accommodation cost is paid and processed before January 15th. Please allow enough time (at least 7 working days) to finalize the transfer if paying by bank transfer. Payment for the accommodation can be done from User corner following this link.
 

The following cancellation rules apply:
  • cancellation 3 days or less before the first night or no show: no refund
  • cancellation from 4 to 9 days before the first night: refund 25% of the total cost for all booked nights
  • cancellation from 10 to 14 days before the first night: refund 50% of the total cost for all booked nights
  • cancellation from 15 to 59 days before the first night: refund 75% of the total cost for all booked nights
  • cancellation 60 days or more before the first night: full refund 
 
Limited number of rooms is available and will be booked on the 'first come, first served' basis. We are not responsible for your accommodation if all the rooms are already booked at the time of your booking.

Available dates for booking at hotel Parentium are from March 26th (Thursday) to 29th (Sunday) 2026. If an extra night before or after the conference closure is needed, it can be booked by contacting Tourist agency Da Riva, but keep on mind that limited number of rooms is available.

  • Double room with half board: €85 per person and per day
  • Single room with half board: €115 per day

The hotel is adapted to people with disabilities and has wheelchair access to all common spaces as well as elevator access to rooms on upper floors. There are 11 rooms fully adapted for people with disabilities.
 
 

Parking is included for those staying at Hotel Parentium (FREE PARKING).

 
There are also other hotels and private accommodation in the vicinity, feel free to book a room in the hotel where the conference will be taking place, or use Booking.com, AirBnB, etc. 
 
IMPORTANT: Neither the Organizers nor any of the hotels in the area will contact the participants of the conference and offer an accommodation. If you receive any offer please decline and report to the organizers at the address below. 
 
 
 

Meals and restaurants


 
Lunch (without drinks) is included in the conference fee and will be served as buffet at the restaurant of the hotel Parentium.
If booking a room at hotel Parentium, dinner will be served as an integral buffet at the restaurants of the respective hotels.
 
There are a few restaurants in the area around hotel, but we certainly recommend visiting some of the popular places in Poreč.
