Conference Fee Refund Policy
Participants who have paid the conference registration fee may request a refund until 12 March. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat.After 15 March, paid conference fees become non-refundable.
We kindly ask participants who are unable to attend to inform the organizers as soon as possible.
