HOW TO REGISTER
1. GO TO THE TOP OF THE IHC SYMPOSIUM WEB PAGE, UNDER THE FIRST TAB "REGISTRATION" CHOOSE THE SECOND OPTION "REGISTRATION FORM"
2. FILL OUT ALL PARTS OF THE FORM, AT THE END CLICK "SUBMIT"
3. YOU WILL GET A NOTE SAYING YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY REGISTERED. YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
