Participants who require a visa to enter the Republic of Croatia may request a Confirmation of Conference Registration and Participation for the 7th International Symposium on Bee Products (IHC Symposium 2026).
Please carefully note the following conditions:
- The confirmation can be issued only after successful online registration and full payment of the conference registration fee.
- The conference registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
- The confirmation serves solely as proof of conference registration and intended participation.
- The issuance of a confirmation does not guarantee visa approval.
The symposium organizers act exclusively in the capacity of event organizers and do not provide visa consultancy or sponsorship services.
The organizers do not act as a sponsor, guarantor, or host and assume no financial, legal, or accommodation responsibility for participants.
All participants are fully responsible for:
- Visa application and related documentation
- Travel arrangements
- Accommodation (whether booked independently or via optional accommodation offered by the organizer)
- Travel and health insurance
- Compliance with Croatian and Schengen immigration regulations
Visa decisions are made solely by the competent Croatian diplomatic or consular authorities, and the organizers have no influence over the visa decision-making process.
By registering for the symposium and requesting a confirmation letter, participants acknowledge and accept these conditions.
